Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, deliver, and assess tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of students with SEN.

4. Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and adapting teaching methods as necessary.

6. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with students, fostering their self-esteem and confidence.
Requirements:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
2. Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs.
3. Strong understanding of various SEN strategies and interventions.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. A patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach to teaching.
6. A commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion within the classroom.
