The Role & Key Responsibilities
Job Title: Governance, Risk & Compliance Analyst (GRC Analyst)
Location: Remote/ Flexible UK
Contract: 3-6 months Fixed-term
Are you an IT administrator looking to gain GRC / Cyber Security exposure? Do you have experience working in a project-oriented environment where organization is key? Due to an internal secondment, we require an Analyst to join our Cyber Security team within ABF Business Technology Services (BTS).
This is a great opportunity for someone eager to make an impact and be part of transforming security in a FTSE100 company. You will be a key part of the Security team, supporting the GRC centre of excellence.
What you'll do:
* Support GRC Principles with daily administrative tasks such as monitoring requests via Assyst queue, GRC mailbox, and GRC Planner.
* Engage with stakeholders to collaborate on GRC compliance.
* Support activities to align with NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO27001, and ISO27701 standards.
* Assist the Privacy Lead with data release requests and content for stakeholder updates.
* Gather evidence for assurance checks and support security activities in BTS projects.
* Learn new technologies through training opportunities.
What you'll bring:
* Strong administration and coordination skills within a professional team.
* Ability to network and build relationships.
* Capacity to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
* Understanding of ISO 27001 (advantageous).
* Good knowledge of data security, privacy, risk management, and supply chain controls.
Location flexibility across the UK, with some travel to Peterborough and other ABF sites.
