The Role We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Cabinet Maker to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have most or all of the following skills and experience: Excellent joinery knowledge Ability to work with high-end materials to construct cabinetry and other bespoke products Experience in a wood workshop is preferred but not essential Should possess an understanding of woodworking machinery such as panel saw, spindle moulder, sander and other hand tools Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to read and understand drawings Ability to measure accurately An understanding of the installation process would be beneficial, as installation work on site may be required from time to time Should be willing and able to travel and carry out site installations (this would not be a regular requirement but may be needed from time to time) Must be tidy & organised and keep work area well maintained Self-motivated with a can-do attitude Be flexible and willing to do overtime to complete a job if required.
