A leading Utilities company in the North West of England is seeking an experienced Transformation Project Manager for a 6-month contract role. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with experience working on large, complex programmes of work.
Key Details:
On-site presence required 3 days per week (NW England)
Remote work available for the remaining 2 days
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage transformation projects - this role will involve supporting us with our order to cash processes (meter to cash), working with a variety of systems including our billing system (D365) and our CRM System (Salesforce)
Ensure timely and successful delivery of project milestones within large-scale programmes
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
Manage project budgets and resources effectively
Identify and mitigate project risks
Provide regular progress reports to senior management
Drive process improvements and optimisation in the Order to Cash cycle
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Transformation Project Manager in large, complex programmes
Extensive knowledge of Order to Cash processes within the Utilities sector and best practices
Strong understanding of business transformation principles
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Desired Experience:
Familiarity with D365 F&O, Salesforce, and utilities industry billing systems
Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, MSP)
