About the Role: Working as a Mental Health Senior Social Worker is both challenging and rewarding. As part of the Adult Mental Health Team, you will play a crucial role in undertaking a range of strengths-based interventions to ensure adults with care and support needs, and their families and carers achieve their desired outcomes. You will have experience of working in a Mental Health Team supporting individuals with complex needs, as well as managing risk in collaboration with partners with a wide range of professional specialisms and expertise to support people to live full lives.

About You: Driven by research, innovation, and the desire to develop best practice, you must demonstrate an applied knowledge of the Care Act, Mental Health Legislation and the NHS Continuing Health Care Framework and be willing to undertake further bespoke learning and development to support your future progression. As a Senior Social Worker, you will want to continue practicing in a setting that believes that people are at their healthiest and happiest when they are supported to remain independent, close to the people they love and who love them, in the neighbourhoods and communities they call home.
