The Role:
We are seeking a Head of Product whose role will be responsible for managing the development of TTL’s products and working with the Director of Product and Data on new product ideas, formulating value propositions that can be tested in research. You will join a small but ambitious team, where this role requires strategic thinking whilst also being hands on to execute.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage the execution of products and ensure delivery on time, budget and quality.
* Partner with marketing, sales, operations, and engineering to align product goals with business needs.
* Manage relationships with development agencies and third-party suppliers.
* Work within defined budgets and ensure product investments deliver value using external development agencies.
* Define and maintain the product roadmap, balancing strategic priorities with execution capacity.
* Define and monitor key product KPIs (e.g., user engagement, retention, revenue impact).
* Gather and analyse user needs based on research conducted by the Head of Data and Insight to inform product decisions.
* Drive a user-centric approach, ensuring intuitive design and high adoption rates.
* Establish mechanisms to capture, analyse, and act on customer feedback for continuous improvement.
* Align internal teams on customer needs to ensure products meet expectations.
* Ensure products meet legal, data privacy, and security requirements.
* Assess product initiatives for profitability and long-term sustainability.
* Prioritise product initiatives based on return on investment (ROI) and business impact.
* Support go-to-market strategies to drive adoption and commercial success.
What we are looking for:
A highly motivated individual that will be comfortable operating with no direct reports while leveraging cross-functional teams, external partners, and agencies to get things done. They will have the ability to work collaboratively, think creatively, and make data-driven decisions. They will have previous experience in a product management role, ideally within a small team or fast-paced environment coupled with strong communication skills, able to engage with senior stakeholders and external partners.
