Joining the audit quality team allows you to be at the forefront of change and offers you a unique opportunity to help shape and develop practical initiatives to improve audit quality.The audit industry is continually evolving but the consistent theme is the increased focus on audit quality.We are looking for an Audit Quality Manager to join our Audit Quality Department based at our London office on a Hybrid working schedule. We are open to candidates being based in different locations in the UK.You will make an impact by:Collaborating across the business to develop, implement, and monitor quality initiatives that reduce risk and enhance audit quality.Conducting in-flight audit reviews to identify issues and coach audit teams in addressing these issues.Working closely with the director to ensure audit quality is consistently maintained and enhanced.Sharing key learnings and best practices with audit teams to improve overall audit quality initiatives that reduce risk and enhance audit quality.You'll be at the forefront of implementing quality initiativesContributing to the ongoing development of quality initiatives as part of the audit quality enhancement plan.What we are looking for:Are you someone who thrives on variety, loves learning new things, and enjoys connecting with people?
