Job Advert Location Description
255 Litchfield Road is an 28-bedded community-facing rehab which is broken down into two 4-bedded intensive support apartments for people who require a structured environment, with intensive support to progress through their recovery pathway. We also have 20 self-contained bungalows where people can live independently, whilst having the safety of a therapeutic structure if needed. We are able to support people with various mental health challenges.
At Lichfield Road, we offer an individualised, person-centred approach to all of our patients. Our aim is to support adults with severe and enduring mental health conditions to have a life that is meaningful, lived in safety and equality, and as part of the community.
Our assessment and treatment options are overseen by a full and diverse multidisciplinary team (MDT).
We offer:
1. Psychosocial interventions
2. Psychology
3. Medication management
4. Community reintegration
5. Community-focused rehabilitation
6. Occupational therapy (OT)
We offer programmes which integrate healthcare treatment and therapy, tailored according to individual needs, in an appropriate setting. Our strength is that we can provide a seamless transition for the individual as they progress between higher and lower dependency services.
Job Advert Role Description
Actively involved in the preparation, cooking and serving of food and beverages at high standards, ensuring compliance with the company’s catering policies, guidelines, and statutory regulations. Ensures that stock ordering and rotation is organised in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Ensures the effective and efficient planning and delivery of all aspects of food preparation and cooking, taking account of dietary and nutritional requirements within the unit.
Knowledge & Skills:
NVQ2 or equivalent or Qualified By Experience in Catering together with a basic qualification in food hygiene. Experience within a professional kitchen environment preferred.
