Main duties of the job The Quality Improveemnt Project Support will be a key member of the Quality Improvement team. They will have specialised knowledge and skill in the subject area and provide effective project and administration support to ensure the delivery of named trust wide patient safety / quality improvement projects,such as the ExCEL accreditation programme. The post holder will support the project lead(s) by coordinating information and reports, liaising with the project leads and team(s) to understand performance status and providing information for regular progress reports (including milestones, key performance indicators and risks). The post holder will be expected to use their own initiative, work with the minimum of supervision, while reporting regularly to the Senior Nurse for Quality Improvement and be able to adapt to the rapidly changing environment.
