They are looking for an experienced BDR to join an already well established outfit of 180 employees. With a dedicated progression plan that can offer multiple routes 'up the ladder' and an award winning SaaS platform. Working within a growing sales team the role involves prospecting into contacts, introducing them to the business qualifying their needs & pain points. This is done via various channels including marketing generated leads, social media research & self-generated leads. There are minimum KPI targets they expect all BDR’s to meet but these are comfortably achievable. This role is ideally suited to someone in a Business Development role and looking for their next challenge within a fast-paced, always evolving SaaS company. Responsibilities - Business Development Representative The primary goal is to generate pipeline of new sales opportunities for the company by creating awareness, account prospecting and qualifying leads This is achieved using a variety of media, including telephone, e-mail and LinkedIn, supported by best-in-class sales enablement tools, including Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Nav and Salesforce CRM. Understand the product and value proposition well enough to provide a high-level introduction Understands the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) so that prospecting activity is targeted to the correct personas Ensure appointments booked with prospects are accurate and within correct time slots for the Sales Consultants Ensure appointments booked with Sales Consultants are positioned correctly to the prospect so that they have the right expectations before joining the meeting Understand ongoing sales priorities and targets Provide best practices and feedback to Managers and Sales Operations Experience Required - Business Development Representative Previous experience as an SDR, Internal Sales Executive, Inside Sales, Business Development Executive Eager to learn, adapt well and thrive through change Provide feedback for what’s working and what’s not working, and receive feedback and implement changes to constantly improve Self-motivated to consistently meet performance goals Ability to manage time effectively and work independently Proactive, independent thinker with high energy and positive attitude Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills Excellent listening skills Enjoy working as a part of a team Confident telephone presence Previous experience with CRM tools would be beneficial but not essential
