About the Role: As our Administration Assistant, you'll be the welcoming voice and face of our office. You will:
* Bring a positive attitude to every interaction, whether over the phone or with visitors.
* Prioritise tasks effectively, especially during busy periods.
* Provide professional support by answering and directing calls and emails.
* Keep a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
* Tackle various administrative responsibilities, including:
o Keeping up-to-date with monthly staff monitoring. o Ensuring the availability of essential paperwork, such as recruitment and training packs. o Entering data accurately into spreadsheets and maintaining organised files.
