Responsibilities:
* Audit and tax preparation including tax credits to benefit the business
* Accounting technical queries lead
* Review finance team journal entries and release to post
* Ensure reconciliation tool is reviewed and completed for compliance
* Lead audit compliance as and when required
* Lead SOX compliance and control
* Cost centre reporting and assisting cost centre managers on any reporting requirements
* Process improvements within the finance team
* Assisting and supporting the finance department with various tasks
Required Qualifications:
* Part qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent, ideally suited to the nearly qualified or just qualified.
* SAP experience or a willingness to learn is essential.
Preferred Skills:
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience in Balance Sheet Account Preparation
* Detail Oriented
