In this role, you will support the Marketing & Product Manager in implementing strategic campaigns, managing content and digital marketing channels, and using analytics to optimise performance. Key Responsibilities Campaign management: Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, and social media. Content development: Create, curate, and manage content across all digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and tone of voice. SEO & website optimisation: Assist in implementing SEO strategies, conduct keyword research, and support ongoing website optimisation to increase organic reach. Social media management: Plan, schedule, and manage posts across social media channels to grow audience engagement and brand awareness. Data & Analytics: Monitor, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance and ROI. Market research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies and product positioning. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and external agencies, to align marketing efforts with business goals. Experience and Attributes Proven experience in digital marketing with a background in campaign management and analytics. Strong understanding of SEO, social media, content marketing, and email marketing. Results-oriented and proactive, with the ability to work independently and drive projects to completion. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Skills Proficient in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and social media management platforms. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), CRM (e.g. HubSpot), and project management tools (e.g., JIRA). Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
