Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a Support Worker with the passion to work with our fantastic team at Rhyd Hir .
We are looking for an enthusiastic, pro-active individual to work in a small community home supporting 3 individuals to meet their life goals. You will be supporting individuals to access the community and attend appointments and leisure activities when required
The shift pattern for this role will be over a 3 week rolling rota to include evenings weekends, bank holidays and sleep in's.
The role includes:
* Helping individuals achieve independence and personal goals
* Supporting and transporting individuals to integrate into their community
* Develop individuals home making skills and personal chores
* Transforming lives and achieving results for autistic adults
Possession of a driving licence (minimum one year) is Essential

Rhyd Hir in Neath, Wales, Rhyd Hir is a specialist service that provides 24 hour residential support for autistic adults. The service can cater for anyone who has additional learning needs and behavioural support needs.
