Overview
The company is seeking a Treasury professional to serve as Treasury Analyst for its Group Corporate Treasury & Insurance department. Reporting to the Worldwide Treasury Director, the Treasury Analyst will support on all aspects of global treasury operations and insurance activities. The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for month end closing related activities for any treasury related item, act as main administrator for any e-banking system globally and have a main focus on insurance reporting, back office and claim management, contributing to treasury projects when required.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
* Support the Worldwide Treasury Director to set up and maintain a global insurance program
* Monthly closing package and accounting monitoring of treasury related BS/P&L items
* Monitor bank charges
* Assist internally and externally with any treasury back office related request
* Financial transactions execution (backup)
* Global bank account mandates maintenance
* Insurance direct management of claim and insurance events notifications
* Employees credit card local bank programs management (back up)
* Monitor inter-company affiliate loan balances and provide with the monthly interest calculation to each subsidiary, managing all the intercompany loans documentation
* Contribution to treasury projects
* IT Administrator (e-banking administrator, user management and review on a regular basis, ERP bank master data and FX upload)
Your Talent:
* Bachelor's in finance, Accounting, Economics (Master Degree, Treasury ACT or equivalent qualification would be beneficial)
* Sufficient Corporate Treasury experience
* Excellent attention to details
* A keen interest in Treasury and Insurance
* Good numeracy and analytical skills as well as IT literacy
* Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
* Well-developed communication skills
