Your role in the team
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the implementation of our contact centre initiatives, including the migration of our telephony platform for our European business. You will oversee end-to-end product delivery, ensuring a global perspective by understanding how contact centre capabilities are utilized across regions. Post-launch, you will manage and enhance the telephony and CRM systems used by our customer service agents worldwide. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing day-to-day execution, and helping to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.
In this high impact role, you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements, and deliver exceptional customer experiences; directly impacting customer satisfaction and business success.
Key responsibilities
* You’ll work on interesting and challenging problems that directly impact our customers and business outcomes.
* You’ll own the end-to-end contact centre experience for our European business, while ensuring alignment with global standards and solutions.
* You’ll partner with stakeholders to define business outcomes and collaborate with the product team to understand platform utilization, coordinate changes, and explore region-specific solutions.
* You’ll oversee every phase of product delivery, including managing intake, backlog of requests and customer journey documentation.
* Excel in a fast-paced environment where you’ll gain valuable experience navigating complexity, driving impact, and contributing to the evolution of our telephony systems.
Essential Skills

* 4+ years of experience in product management role required.
* 1+ years of experience in relation to the configuration of IVR/Telephony technologies required.
* Proven track record of managing complex, cross-regional product implementations.
* Familiarity with agile methodologies.
Desirable Skills
* BA/BS degree required.
Travel Requirements:
* Travel to London office two days a month or as needed.
