What We’re Looking For: To excel in this role, you’ll need: Qualifications and Expertise : Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. A degree in Art, Design, or a related field that demonstrates your expertise and passion for the subject. Experience : Proven success teaching Art and Design to KS3 and KS4 students in a secondary school setting. Experience preparing students for exams and supporting the creation of coursework portfolios. Skills and Attributes : Exceptional creativity and the ability to inspire the same in students. Strong classroom management skills, with the ability to engage students and maintain a focused learning environment. Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage projects, deadlines, and relationships with students and staff effectively.
