In this newly role, the incoming hire will support the delivery of the Winterflood Retail Access Platform (WRAP) offering to ensure clients are serviced efficiently throughout the transaction lifecycle.
In addition, the role will support the broader Investment Trusts Corporate Finance team to ensure that ad hoc queries and tasks are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and update relevant documentation for WRAP transactions, ensuring documents are updated accurately and efficiently
* Liaise with stakeholders across the firm, including onboarding, compliance and legal teams
* Maintain the project tracker and complete data analysis as required
* Update client presentations and monthly reporting tasks
* Action ad hoc data requests that may arise
* Support the broader Investment Trusts Corporate Finance team in delivering good outcomes for clients
* To maintain one's own commitment to CPD in respect of the role's core responsibilities.
* To complete all regulatory training, as considered mandatory by the Company.
* Represent the Company and communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, employees.
* To adhere to the internal governance, systems & controls, exchange rules and Financial Conduct Authority and the Company’s compliance manual, staff handbook and IT security
Required Skills and Knowledge

Desired:
* University degree or equivalent
* Knowledge or close awareness of the financial services sector and primary capital markets
* Experience in project management or client-facing financial services role
* Knowledge of Morningstar and/ or Refinitiv Datastream functionality
