Hours: 8:45am - 5.30pm Mon-Fri
Location: LS28 (Leeds)
Core Telecom is a market leading and fast moving Telecoms Network based in Leeds. We are dynamic, growing, and provide specialist telecommunication solutions to clients based around the globe. We are now looking for a head-office based Account Manager to join our team. This is a mixed and varied office-based sales & support role, with great development potential.
Main purpose of role – To proactively and reactively manage new and existing accounts over multiple different customer sectors and brands.
Responsibilities include:
*Managing an existing customer account base including cross selling new products and services as they are launched.
*Proactive generation of new business and handling of inbound sales leads & opportunities.
*Meeting and exceeding sales & campaign targets.
Essential skills/Experience:
*Knowledge of Public Sector/NHS organisations.
*Previous Public Sector account management experience
*Desire to succeed and build a career within a progressive leading organisation
*Credible and professional communication skills
*Self-motivated with strong initiative and ability to work under pressure
*Enthusiastic and positive attitude
*Proven experience in an office-based sales environment
*Confident with IT, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
Desirable:
*Proactive selling skills and account management experience.
