As a Registered Manager, you'll be integral to the smooth running of daily life within our homes, enabling young people to thrive. Our homes all have a dedicated Deputy Manager to support you.
Your role will include:
1. Managing a warm and friendly home that provides a safe and supportive environment for children and young people to achieve positive outcomes.
2. Achieving compliance with the Children Homes Regulations and ensuring your home is always able to evidence a high standard of care and quality.
3. Undertaking a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management.
4. Leading a team of colleagues and facilitating their professional development.

What we're looking for from you:
1. Your experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience of managing an Ofsted home that carries a rating of good or above.
2. Your competence: Hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Children's and Young People's Workforce or equivalent.
3. Your focus: Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
4. Your commitment: Passionate about equal opportunities for children and young people.
