Responsibilities:
* Understand customer needs and requirements and advise on products.

* Provide technical support to sales channels and distribution partners.
Requirements:
* Experience in direct or indirect sales including agent representations.
* Basic knowledge of CRM administration or data maintenance.
* Proficient in the full Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
