TheRole:
As theirnew Site Supervisor you ll be at the heart of our operationsensuring our projects run smoothly from start to finish. Your rolewill be vital in overseeing the daytoday onsite activities makingsure everything stays on track from managing materials tocoordinating teams. You ll be part of a tightknit group that sdedicated to delivering excellence in facade and claddingprojects.
WhatYoull BeDoing:
* Leadingthe Team: You ll organize and supervise operations onsiteworking closely with the Branch Manager to keep everything onschedule.
* Making Sure WereReady: You ll order the materials and services needed toget the job done ensuring that timelines are met and that everyproject is set up for success.
* Safety First:You ll prepare Risk essments and od Statements (RAMS) and make sureall work is carried out safely following our strict standards.
* Quality Control:You ll ensure that the Quality Plan is in place and that recordsare kept so we maintain the high standards we re known for.
* Keeping EveryoneInformed: You ll attend coordination and safety meetingsproviding updates and making sure any challenges are addressedquickly.
* Reporting andAdmin: You ll prepare weekly reports and manage theweekly wages making sure everything is accurate and ready forapproval.
WhatWere Looking For:
* IndustryKnowledge: You ve got solid experience in the flatroofing industry and any knowledge of facade and cladding works isa huge plus.
* LeadershipSs: You re confident in managing a team and leading byexample onsite.
* Qualified: Youhold an SMSTS qualification and ideally you either have or areworking towards a CSCS Black Card.
* Organised andTechSavvy: You re comfortable using computers and have agood grasp of general software to keep things running efficiently.
* Problem Solver:You can think on your feet and aren t afraid to tackle challengesheadon.
