We have an exciting opportunity for a professional, team-oriented, results driven National Account Manager to join our UK sales team.
Reporting to the Director of National Accounts this role demands responsibility for managing and developing a portfolio of national accounts.
Key responsibilities and tasks:
* Understand and develop strong relationships between the brand and customers.
* Ensure ownership of key areas of responsibility to meet the strategic objectives of the business.
* Work collaboratively with all areas of the Company to ensure the best levels of service are achieved for our customers.
* Engage excellent problem-solving techniques by identifying the root cause through to resolution, to maximise customer satisfaction within the boundaries of business procedures.
* Maintain communication to ensure stock availability.
Skills and Experience:
* Proven track record in growing and delivering sales and profit plans.
* A positive 'can do' attitude.
* Highly motivated to achieve sales and profit targets.
* Results orientated.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work independently and in a group/team setting.
* Willingness to travel as needed to meet the needs of the customers.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and data analysis.
