Join our People Team as a People Business Partner, working with the People and Operations Teams to ensure effective implementation of People Strategy and drive business strategy.
This challenging but exciting role involves creating and overseeing People Plans, monitoring projects, and ensuring compliance with Employment Law.
You will work under the People Director, be supported by a People Coordinator, and have the opportunity to develop your professional skills while supporting a successful business.
* Work with the People and Operations Teams to ensure ER communications are acted upon quickly.
* Create and implement a People Plan across the Company, partnering with Learning and Development and Recruitment teams.
* Monitor and ensure People Team Projects are effectively managed and deadlines are met.
* Create and oversee the roll out of plans, with regular monitoring and reporting on retention and recruitment trends.
* Actively lead the people agenda in projects and collaborative working with other departments.
* Ensure fair implementation of salary bandings and benefits package throughout the business.
* Drive employee engagement, ensure best practice in ER matters, and ensure the business is safe, compliant, and values its team members.
* Lead or support on coaching and upskilling site management teams on ER matters.
* Facilitate and support the best use of external ER advice when appropriate.
* Support and develop the HR Coordinator.
* Ensure the business remains compliant in HR/Employment law matters.
* Support and develop the relationship with our sites across the country and the continued success and reputation of our Brand.
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR advisor, People Manager, or Business Partner with CIPD accreditation from level 5 and above, but relevant experience and a drive to make a difference will be considered.

* Must be self-motivated, proactive, and driven, passionate about working in a partnering capacity and driving continuous improvement.
* Effective communication skills and the ability to build a positive rapport and develop a positive working relationship with the team.
* A good understanding of ER cases and the wish to get involved in more strategic HR projects.
