We are recruiting for an exceptional individual to join us as a Go Abroad Officer within our Global Partnerships Unit/Go Abroad Team. This is a permanent appointment.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and highly motivated team player for this exciting opportunity to work in a customer facing role supporting the University's desire to develop, enhance and increase our student mobility numbers and portfolio of opportunities.
Your priorities will include:
* Working closely with Go Abroad Team members to provide administrative support for all aspects of student mobility both internally and externally
* Contributing to and supporting the delivery of key projects within the Team to grow student mobility and meet Go Abroad Team objectives and targets
* Supporting the operational delivery of externally funded mobility projects, for example, the UK Turing Mobility Scheme
* Promoting to and proactively supporting current students with their outbound mobility experience
* Working with key internal and external stakeholders
Who we're looking for:
* Experience of working in a busy customer facing environment and contributing to a high quality of customer service
* Experience of supporting student mobility in a higher education institution setting
* Experience of working with externally funded mobility schemes/projects
* Ability to communicate clearly and impactfully with a range of stakeholders/audiences with excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and flexibility and adaptability in your approach to work
