Duties: Reception: Meeting and greeting brokers and guests Answering telephone calls and taking messages Organising the company calendar Booking meeting rooms Liaising with Chelmsford PA Attending to brokers/guests on arrival Preparing the meeting rooms/boardrooms for meetings Booking lunches and other appointments Organising catering lunches Ordering drinks and keeping the fridges and coffee machine stocked Ordering stationary Administration: Checking and logging presentations on the system Issuing quotations Monitoring email inboxes Liaising with brokers by phone/email Maintaining and monitoring the diary system, including quotation chasing Skills: Strong inter-personal skills Good communication skills, both verbal & written. Excellent time management. Attention to detail. Ability to work as part of a team and also take own initiative. Required Experience: Previous reception experience preferable. Required Qualifications: Minimum Grade C / 4 GCSE in English & Maths
