St Gemmas has a vacancy for a Clinical Administration Manager, a varied and exciting role responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to the In-Patient Unit (IPU), Community Services, and Outpatients teams.
Main duties of the job
The Clinical Administration Manager manages a team of permanent and bank administrative staff working face-to-face and over the telephone to support patients, families, and professionals in these areas. A key element of the role is coordinating resources to support efficient and effective service delivery.

Person Specification
Experience
* Operational team management experience.
* Data collation and reporting.
* Experience in process mapping, review and development, project management support.
Qualifications
* GCSE at grade C or above or equivalent in English and Mathematics.
* Evidence of formal IT/Microsoft Office training.
Additional Criteria
* Strong organisation and planning skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to use own initiative and work proactively, both independently and as part of a team.
