Our HR team plays a crucial role in supporting our business leaders and fostering a vibrant workplace culture. We are currently seeking a dedicated HR Business Partner (HRBP) to cover our Hams Hall and Corby sites.
As an HR Business Partner, you will be instrumental in aligning HR strategies with business objectives while providing professional HR support. You will be responsible for implementing initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and performance across our two sites.
Your Tasks:
Analyse internal evidence and data to identify 'people' priorities and engage in meaningful discussions with managers.
Leverage HR expertise to develop solutions that enable business areas to effectively deliver their strategy.
Support the design, development, and execution of strategic projects and change management initiatives.
Address high-level employee issues, including grievances, appeals, ET claims, and complex disciplinary matters.
Implement policies and manage processes related to redundancies, restructures, succession planning, TUPE transfers, and more.
Coach and develop HR colleagues and stakeholders throughout the organization.
Collaborate with key stakeholders on data collection and policy implementation.
Stay abreast of employment law changes and ensure compliance within the business.
Deliver training sessions that align with business strategy, covering topics such as DEI and performance management.
Manage direct reports, ensuring their objectives align with business goals and support their individual development.
Your Profile:
We are looking for an individual with a strong ethical and people-centric approach to HR, along with the following qualifications:
CIPD Qualification.
Previous experience in an HR Advisor/HRBP role with a solid understanding of people management issues.
Proficient knowledge of employment law and a commitment to continuous HR learning and development.
Proactive interaction skills, with the ability to engage with managers and employees at all levels.
Highly organized, capable of managing conflicting demands and meeting deadlines effectively.
Strong judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic and creative approach.
Proven leadership capabilities, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
Excellent communication skills, enabling effective engagement with individuals at all levels.
