Job Title - Roadside Technician Location : Chester/Crewe Salary : £36,641.89 per year Bonus : Guaranteed £3,000 in the first 12 months, paid quarterly OTE : £50,000 achievable, top performers can earn £60,000 Other Bonuses : Various including Technician of the Year Objective of the Role: As a Roadside Technician, you will provide prompt and professional roadside assistance to customers in need of vehicle repairs. Your expertise will be vital in delivering high-quality repairs on the spot, ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding our reputation for exceptional service. Hours: No overnight or 12-hour shifts Average 48-hour working week between 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM, Monday to Sunday. Three different shifts: early, middle, and late shifts, giving you 2.5 weekends off per month. Shift schedules are provided 12 months in advance, allowing you to manage your work-life balance. Additional earning potential : £50 per job – if you're available to start earlier or finish later. Bank Holidays : Financial supplement and a day off in lieu. Main Duties: Roadside Assistance & Repair : Respond to breakdowns and perform repairs efficiently, ensuring top-quality service at all times. Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service that aligns with the company’s high standards. Vehicle Maintenance : Maintain and ensure the cleanliness and readiness of the service vehicle, keeping it stocked with necessary parts and tools. Stock Control : Proactively manage parts stock in your vehicle to ensure you have everything you need for every job. Telephone Assistance : Provide technical support over the phone when required by recovery operators or customers. Administration : Complete all relevant paperwork for vehicle maintenance, job updates, and stock management in a timely manner.
