We are looking for experienced and driven Business Development Managers to lead the growth and development of our business across the South, Midlands and North regions of the UK.
Your primary objective will be to elevate Thermal Earth’s profile, secure project sales opportunities, and cultivate strong long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders across the heating/renewables, architectural, construction and design sectors.
What you’ll do Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers and partners Ideally have good contacts and leads in the social housing sector, new build arena and MCS accredited renewable installers Have the ability to introduce new brands and technologies to the marketplace and drive sales and brand awareness Understand customer needs and create and deliver compelling value propositions Develop and execute plans to achieve revenue and market expansion goals Identify and secure new project opportunities Align business development initiatives with overall company objectives What we’re looking for Proven experience in new business development, sales, and account management, ideally in heating, renewables and building sectors Strong relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholders Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve goals What you get from us Competitive salary, company car or allowance, commission and bonus scheme Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement Chance to engage and help guide the development of the business and strategy for future growth.
