We are looking for an AV/IT & Sales Project Manager to join us and be part of a professional team to project manage the AV/Event IT production of events at the Centre.

Ideally you will have a background in Corporate live events; be experienced in the Technical & AV set- up for a range of event types ensuring all events are compliant with current health and safety guidance and legislation; strong communication skills to collaborate with all stakeholders to achieve client satisfaction whilst achieving our financial & sales targets. You will need to have competent working knowledge of AutoCAD and relevant Creative Suites.
Job Purpose
The AV/IT Sales & Project Manager will need to come from a corporate live events background with the relevant hands-on knowledge and experience of the technical and AV set-up for a range of event types. Reporting to the Senior Audio-Visual/IT Sales & Project Manager.
To deliver against financial targets set for the contracting of audio-visual equipment and services, in addition to pre-sold AV packages.
Key Tasks
Operational
Project manage the AV/Event IT production of events at the centre.
Client satisfaction and financial targets should be achieved reasonably and with integrity.
Attend client requirement meetings.
Advise on creative solutions for audio-visual and IT services.
Offer a creative digital solution.
Achieve best price and service from Suppliers.
Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders.
Produce detailed specifications.
Have a competent working knowledge of AutoCAD and relevant Creative Suites.
Other duties as may be required by the Senior AV/IT Sales & Project Manager or in their absence, the Head of AV & Event IT.
Health and Safety
To be conversant with the live document that is the Centre Health & Safety Policy and proactively carry out your role as part of the senior management team to assume lead responsibility for the Centre when on shift.
To ensure all events are compliant with current Health and Safety guidance and legislation.
To have a working knowledge of the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974.
To perform Fire Warden duties as directed.

Additional information: the post holder may, in the course of their duties, be required to travel to meet clients, attend conferences, business meetings etc. this may, on occasion, require overnight visits.

Whilst this role is an operational position requiring onsite working with clients and event delivery, subject to completion of probationary period, the Centre offers a dynamic hybrid working environment where this is achievable.
You will be required at times to work evenings and weekends and Overtime/TOIL would be payable
