Job Description:
We're seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide timely and effective support to customers through various communication channels
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions
Requirements:
