Management and oversight of investigations into complex employment issues such as bullying and harassment cases, disciplinary issues, capability and grievances. Lead on the development and trust wide implementation of local and national policies and procedures. The post holder will develop key working relationships with ICS System Partners and use their specialist knowledge of HR in the NHS, to provide support to the delivery of the ICS People Strategy, facilitating the adoption of agreed common HR practice within health and care in Sussex, ensuring that the strategic priorities of the ICS are met through collaborative working. Contributing to the annual business planning process, identifying workforce priorities that support and enable service objectives. The role supports the business in driving transformation as well as value for money in planning, commissioning and service. The role is designed to build a combination of subject matter expertise and technical skills to develop a strong service delivery.
