The Role
As Deputy Manager, you will provide support to the staff and people supported. You will take full responsibility for the development and implementation of systems and processes to ensure the highest quality of care and support.
You will also be required to work with the relevant governing bodies on new business opportunities for the service.
They are looking for a candidate who holds their CQC registration and their Level 5 in Health and Social Care, or is willing to work towards this qualification.
The organisation is a residential home for adults with physical and intellectual disabilities, providing 25 single-occupancy, self-contained flats plus two flats for two people.
