Newly Qualified Supply Teachers - Work Before the Summer Break!
Location: Plymouth & Surrounding Areas
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay: £110 - £120 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Flexible supply work with short-term, long-term, and temp-to-perm opportunities
Are you finishing your final teaching placement and looking for paid experience before the summer holidays? This is a fantastic opportunity for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to gain hands-on experience in a variety of schools, build confidence, and make valuable connections before securing a permanent role in September.
As a Supply Teacher, you will:
1. Gain valuable classroom experience by covering lessons across different year groups and subjects.
2. Work in a variety of schools, adapting to different teaching environments.
3. Develop classroom management skills and confidence before starting a full-time role.
4. Teach pre-set lessons, ensuring a positive learning environment for students.
5. Build relationships with schools, potentially leading to long-term opportunities in September.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Early Career Teachers (ECTs) or Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) finishing their final placement.
2. Passionate and adaptable individuals keen to gain experience across different settings.
3. Strong communication and classroom management skills.
4. A proactive and flexible approach to teaching.
