You will process material requests by liaising with internal customers and external suppliers and assist in the effective control and delivery of logistics inventory. What you’ll be doing Your focus each day will be to ensure the materials required report is executed allowing our warehouse to collate materials required for our outlying depots, field staff and contractors. This will ensure jobs required on our network go ahead on schedule. As part of your role, you will be expected to highlight stock discrepancies and instances of low stock. These will be reported to our stock controllers for reordering/investigation. Customers requiring materials should be regularly informed of the progress of their delivery and any stock outs. You will assist with general office administration, maintain necessary document control systems, attend and participate in Team Briefs and relevant training courses. What you’ll bring Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills. Excellent Planning and Organisation Skills. Good Telephone Manner. Excellent Time Management skills. Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative. Flexible approach and ability to prioritise tasks. Developed skills using Microsoft Office Packages.
