Job summary Wanted: GP with a special interest in being a GP (GPwsiGP) Armageddon may be just around the corner. But on the off-chance it takes a wrong turn, gets stuck on the A34, and never arrives, we're planning to expand our thriving GP practice to accommodate the growing population of Didcot. Plans include an additional new GP practice, with planning permission for this about to be submitted. We train GPs and all flavours of medical students and were recently awarded medical student teaching practice of the year by Oxford University. Some of the small print: AccuRx total triage system, 13 appointments per session, free tea, coffee, biscuits, fruit and the occasional frozen trout. Staffing includes (this works best if you sing it to 12 days of Christmas): 9 GP partners, 8 patient admin, 7 biscuit nibblers, 6 allied roles, 5 HCAs; 4 other GPs, 3 practice nurses, 2 physios, and a bloke to fix the la-va-tor-eee.
