The Best Connection are currently recruiting on behalf of our Walsall based client who require a client services advisor to work on their premises on a temp 2 perm basis!
The Client Services advisor must be enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and focused on supporting the Clients with a wide range of queries. They must know how to ask the right questions and always strive to deliver solutions and flexibility. The team must have a passion for delighting Clients with excellent customer service as standard.
Other responsibilities will include;
1. Being the first contact point for a number of existing Clients with the aim of solving queries/questions within SLA
2. Building relationships with your clients to gain a full understanding of how they work and how to resolve challenges that may arise from order creation to completion
3. Working with client queries over the telephone and via email
4. Being attentive to your accounts needs and ensuring you provide quick updates/responses to requests in full
5. Site visits to Clients when appropriate
6. Serve as a lead point for any Client queries
7. Resolve any issues in a timely manner and within company policy
8. Weekly contact your dedicated base
9. Support monthly/quarterly KPI driven reviews
10. Develop rapport with key accounts and internal/external stakeholders
11. Grow revenue through organic growth
12. Solid experience of using MS Excel/Word
13. Ability to work as part of a team and independently
14. Excellent listening skills
15. Strong verbal and written communication skills
16. A forward-thinking mentality always putting the Client/Customer first
17. General day to day CS admin (reviewing outstanding orders, held orders, weights/dims etc)
Working Hours
Working hours vary and the Client Services team currently operate between 08:30 - 18:00, Monday to Friday
