Cuddington Croft Primary School is looking to appoint a responsive and supportive Teaching Assistant, who, with guidance from the Class Teacher, will be responsible for the support, learning and development of our Early Years Reception children. Your opportunity: This is an exciting opportunity for a keen and dedicated individual who is passionate about supporting the development of young children, starting on their learning journey as Reception pupils in our school. The successful candidate will support the Class Teacher in the delivery of learning and teaching activities, be responsible for the care of EYFS children, and manage the day-to-day operation of our Reception class. What we are looking for: You will: Be able to assist in preparing the classroom, maintaining the learning resources and environment, and helping the children to access the curriculum. Lead and support class, group and individual activities, indoors and outdoors. Assist in monitoring children’s progress, assessing achievement, recording results and observations and sharing outcomes with the class teacher. Be enthusiastic and committed to working as part of a team. Be passionate about the children's learning and welfare.
