Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join our vibrant school community in Enfield. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality and engaging lessons, fostering a positive learning environment, and contributing to the overall development of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Curriculum Delivery:
Plan and deliver effective, differentiated lessons in accordance with the National Curriculum.Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles.Foster a love of learning and curiosity among students.
2. Classroom Management:
Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.Effectively manage behavior and create a culture of respect and responsibility.Provide support for students with varying abilities and learning needs.
3. Assessment and Reporting:
Implement formative and summative assessments to track student progress.Provide constructive feedback to students and parents.Contribute to the preparation and delivery of reports.
4. Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive school environment.Attend team meetings, staff development sessions, and parent-teacher conferences.
5. Professional Development:
Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on educational trends and best practices.Actively participate in training sessions and workshops offered by the school.
Qualifications and Requirements:
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching qualifications.
7. Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 2, with a focus on Year 4.
8. Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
9. Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
10. Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
11. Commitment to ongoing professional development.
