What you’ll be doing
* Lead a team of Mortgage and Protection Advisors to deliver fantastic customer service and consistently good customer outcomes.
* Motivate, coach and inspire your team to develop their knowledge and competency in the role by observing customer interactions and providing great feedback.
* Working Under the Certification Regime you will ensure that your Mortgage and Protection Advisors are fit and proper within their role, ensuring that they act with integrity and due skill, care, and diligence.
* Support the delivery of successful appointment outcomes by providing oversight on diary capacity management.
* Be an ambassador of change showing a “can-do” attitude and providing solutions.
* Demonstrate excellent relationship building and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
We need you to have
* Full CeMap / CF6 qualification or equivalent.
* Previous experience in a first line people leadership role within the mortgage industry with another FCA regulated firm.
* Strong, up to date knowledge of the mortgage market and an understanding of the mortgage lending process.
* Strong communication and influencing skills.
* A passion for providing an exceptional customer experience.
* Drive and the ability to work well under pressure.

* Ability to spot opportunities to innovate and simplify the customer journey.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
Full induction training will be delivered and is expected to be on a full-time basis.
This is a certified role requiring annual certification as described within the FCA / PRA certification regime.
