As finance manager you will be part of a team whereby you are managing the month-end processes, line managing the team and working closely with the Head of Finance. Description As Finance Manager, you will line manage 3 experienced transactional team members, as well as: Overseeing the day-to-day finance operations run smoothly and that the team feel supported should they have queries. Manage the month-end closing processes as well as being responsible for audit during year-end. Ensure accurate ledgers i.e. accurate debtor processes and timely payments. Responsible for all annual financial compliance activities. Support the delivery of timely and accurate financial reports to meet relevant requirements. Contribute to strategic decision-making alongside the Finance Director. Ensure that the finance team's work directly supports the success of the business and drives financial efficiency. Oversee the expenses process. Implement continuous improvement measures to improve the efficiency of both ledgers. Ad hoc project work.
