This role involves working with students outside of the classroom environment to help build their confidence, support their self-esteem, and empower them to progress academically.

About You - LSA - Blackpool, Lancashire
Relevant qualifications or experience as a TA/LSA in a UK secondary or SEN school
Pastoral experience is desirable
Ability to support students outside of the classroom environment to help build confidence and self-esteem
Available Monday to Friday
Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
