Job Title: Temporary Helpdesk Coordinator
Location: Leeds, LS9
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Duration: Approximately 6-8 weeks
Hourly rate:£11.64 per hour
Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for all helpdesk-related enquiries.
* Coordinate communication between the sites and the contractors
* Log and track support requests accurately in the help desk system.
* Provide outstanding customer service for end clients.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in customer service
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and efficiently.
