We are looking for passionate Waking Night Children's Support Workers who are available to work on a Permanent basis.
As a Waking Night Children's Support Worker, you will work as part of a team to deliver a high standard of care at all times and support the Young Person's emotional wellbeing. You recognize that the role is to help support service users maximize their choices, rights, and decisions.
The successful candidate must have:
1. Hold a full UK driving licence (Desirable but not essential)
2. Flexibility to work at least 4 night shifts per week (8pm - 8.30am) on a rolling rota basis
3. Level 3 in Health & Social Care/Children & Young People is great but not essential
4. 6 months experience working in a similar setting
5. Empathetic people person who is non-judgemental and calm
6. Dedicated and committed with a “can-do” attitude

The successful applicant will be required to undergo an enhanced disclosure from the Criminal Records Bureau.
