Luxury Brand Ambassador – French

What will I do in the role?
1. Have a ‘can do’ attitude
2. The first point of contact for all customer queries
3. Brand ambassador for your client
4. Provide outstanding customer service across telephone, social media, webchat and email
5. Make sure the customer is at the heart of every conversation
What do I need?
6. Experience working for a retailer
7. Experience working in a luxury background
8. Experience within any of the following: Beauty, Cosmetics, Fashion
9. A desire and genuine enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service ensuring an empathetic approach
10. Outstanding social service etiquette, with the ability to be versatile in your approach to adapt your style for each customer
11. Strong written and verbal communication skills
12. Works well within a team
13. Confident IT skills
14. Flexibility, professionalism, drive, ambition, and willingness to learn
15. Great attention to detail and highly organised
16. C2 Level of English required
Languages Requirement:
17. Fluent in French both verbal and written
Education/Studies:
Not essential, but beneficial)
18. Graduated from the Fashion Retail Academy
19. Communication Fields, such as Marketing/PR/Advertising
20. Make-up Artists
21. Qualifications in Dermatology or Skincare
Working Hours:
22. Full time – 40 hours per week
23. Core working hours are 09:00-18:00 Monday to Friday (and between 09:00-01:00 Monday to Saturday during peak periods)
