We are delighted to be working with this Cambridge based company. They are recruiting for a Business Systems Analyst to join their team on a full time, permanent basis with options of hybrid working.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Analyse business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement
* Work cross-functionally with stakeholders across the business on projects
* Identify business requirements and develop solutions to improve processes
* Analyse data and identify trends that can be used to drive improvements
* Support IT team with implementation of new software and systems
* Provide training to users across the company on internal applications
* Resolve issues and troubleshoot systems when issues arise
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience in a similar role as a Business Systems Analyst or similar
* Strong familiarity and understanding of CRM and business systems
* Ability to learn on new systems quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with data analysis and data visualisation tools
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling you to impart technical knowledge to a range of stakeholders
* Have excellent planning, organisational and troubleshooting skills
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
