About the Role As our Workday Product Manager, you'll oversee a wide range of Workday modules, including Recruitment, Core HCM, Talent, Absence, Financials, Payroll, Scheduling, Time Tracking, and more. This pivotal role combines strategic thinking, technical expertise, and collaboration to ensure our Workday environment meets business goals and customer needs. You'll work with cross-functional teams, external implementation partners, and key stakeholders to develop a clear product roadmap and deliver solutions that drive our strategy forward. Key Responsibilities · Develop and communicate a product roadmap aligned with company strategy, informed by industry trends and customer feedback. · Identify underlying issues or business challenges and translate them into Workday solutions. · Manage relationships with department experts, support partners, and Workday, ensuring effective collaboration and communication. · Oversee system troubleshooting, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday releases and new modules. · Review improvement requests, gather requirements, build business cases, and recommend changes. · Lead user training, create product documentation, and support adoption of new processes and functionality. · Manage, support, and develop a team of Workday professionals. What We're Looking For Essential Experience: · At least 2 years of Workday configuration experience in Core HCM, Absence, and Recruitment. · Workday HCM Core Pro Certification. · Expertise as a Workday Security Configurator and Security Administrator. · Analytical mindset and a "People First" mentality with the ability to solve complex problems and create configuration solutions. · Strong leadership skills and a commitment to learning and continuous improvement. · Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across all business levels. Desirable Skills: · Knowledge of additional Workday modules such as Finance, Payroll, Scheduling, and Time Tracking. · Experience managing Workday integrations with other platforms (e.g., Banks, EPOS, Facilities Management systems). The role As an Administrator, the role involves providing administrative support to the services, including activities relating to finances, residents, colleagues, reception and general support to the wider management team.
