Job Description
This post is based in the Sheffield City Council's Housing & Neighbourhoods Tenancy Enforcement & Sustainment Team.

1. You will use your experience and judgement to determine an appropriate course of action for these queries, and support officers to conform to best practice in their work.
2. Maintain a sound knowledge of relevant legal and technical aspects of tenancy enforcement, anti-social behaviour, community safety, housing management, and associated issues.
3. You will provide training, quality assurance, development, coaching, guidance, and support to colleagues on all aspects of tenancy enforcement; and ensure the development and dissemination of Tenancy Enforcement policies and procedures.
4. You will need excellent communication skills and be great at engaging with people, working collaboratively, and working proactively.
5. You will also need excellent IT skills, and have the ability to keep accurate records; you must possess sound written and verbal skills and be self-motivated and resourceful.
