Responsibilities
As an Assistant Case Handler, you will be to support Case Handlers and responsible for:-
1. Managing, updating and organising case files
2. Liaising with clients, agents and stakeholders
3. Making outbound calls dealing with inbound queries
4. Post completion administration and general support
Skills required
To be considered for our Assistant Case Handler vacancy it is essential that you have:-
5. You will have previous administrative experience from within the legal sector
6. Excellent communication skills with strong relationship building skills
7. You will have a keenness to learn and ideally looking to start a career in conveyancing
